The East and South East Asian Club (ESEA Club) is a networking initiative created to serve and empower the Chinese and pan-Asian community across the Midlands.

Founded by James Wong, Joanna Lee-Mills and James Ng, the club stands as a beacon of opportunity - a platform for talent sharing, knowledge exchange and meaningful collaboration.

ESEA Club has emerged in response to both the unique needs and the immense potential of our local ESEA community. We recognise the depth of talent, entrepreneurial drive and professional expertise within our networks - and we are here to nurture, connect and amplify those strengths.

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to create opportunity, not simply wait for it. Through regular meetups, industry-specific events and collaborative projects, we aim to open doors that might otherwise remain closed - building an environment where connections are made, ideas are
shared and opportunities are created.

Another central pillar of our work is promoting the exceptional talent within our community. East and South East Asian professionals have often been underrepresented and underutilised. ESEA Club is a platform to change that - to showcase achievement, celebrate success and connect talent with organisations that will benefit from it.
